We ship orders within the US and Canada from Denver, CO.
For international orders, please ensure you are ordering from our EU & Int. Store, as we only ship internationally from Germany. Make sure to select the correct online store according to your destination.
All rates are shown at checkout before payment is made.
All orders use track & trace.
USA: We ship all orders with USPS, and it typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on how far you are from our warehouse in Denver, CO.
Canada: We use USPS too, but your packages will be handed over to Canada Post, arriving in about 4-9 business days.
You will be liable for your country's relevant customs duties and taxes.
We will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
